will a auto tach work to set outboard rpms and if it will what is the conversion for 4 cylinder to 2cylinder?
1985 50hp force
model 507x5a
us marine

Sorry but it won't work you'll need a 20 pole marine tach for the force. search the forum there was a site link posted some time back or just put 20 pole tach in a search engine.
