First off I don't know what i would do without the internet it helps so much! All the pictures and rebuilds of other boats gave me the confidence to jump into this project.

The floor was totally shot when i purchased the boat but it had a newer motor and rebuilt outdrive.

If you have any suggestions or threads similar to mine please post them so i can do this right the first time!

I will just let the pictures do the rest of the talking

Some of the pictures got jumbled around sorry about that.

More pictures to come maybe tonight if i work on the boat
