need help starting my 69 omc 120 hp-

Before winter- My boat started every time i turned the key but it ran cruddy
I had it winterized by a boat shop (not sure what that actually entails)
Before I attempted to flush or de-winterize it I had the carbs rebuilt, replaced the spark plugs - wires - distributor- cap and rotor. I finally put it all together and it will not start- It cranks hard but wont start. it doesn't even sound like it wants to fire up at all- just cranking over and over- any suggestions on where to start solving this problem?

Ayuh,... It takes Fuel, Fire,+ Compression, at the Right Time for a motor to Run...

You're Missing 1,.... And, You've gotta go Look to see which is Missing...

if my plugs spark - does that mean my distributor cap and rotor work ok? I have a feeling i messed something up there.

Do you have a fuel water separator filter on it? if you do did you change it?
