1977 70hp don't go WOT

Yesterday it ran just perfect.

This morning start fine but don't go more than 2/3 of WOT.

I have a few idea of what to look at like carb kleaning and fuel line but what should I check fire? Is there something else?

Start with the basics. Compression, spark, fuel delivery and condition of the plugs.
