Baltimore Inner Harbor-looking for a good transient marina

I was thinking about heading to the Baltimore Inner Harbor for a few days this week and was wondering if any one could suggest a good marina.
Wish list:
Pool for the kid
Cable TV
Fuel Dock
Internet (can't chat without a good connection)
