almost 61, there is no cure, other than you cannot move, then you tell others what you want done.

No cure known, or needed...as long as you use your head & tools to lift the heavier stuff.

Re: I'm 59 Yrs Old

Youngsters!! I just turned 62, and will never get over my boating addiction, as long as I'm well enough to climb in and drive. Last few years I've been tied up with house remodeling, but reached a major milestone which has enabled me to get back to work on my first love. Currently, it's the 1975 Checkmate V-Mate 15', with original 115 Johnson. Needs a lot of work, but runs great. Must remember to check the prop pitch and decide what to buy to make it go faster (it would over-rev now if I let it, so I know it can do much better).

What could be more fun than this!!!

Btw, 2 years ago at my 60th bday party, I skied behind my brother's boat. Dropped a ski and carved some nice slalom turns - not bad for 60, eh? Sure felt good, hope to do it again, maybe this weekend.

Guy I know was getting grief from his wife about his woodworking addiction. Then she had lunch with a bunch of ladies whose husbands were incurable NASCAR addicts. After hearing about that, she told her hubby he could buy any woodworking toys he wanted, just don't even THINK about NASCAR!

Your wife should be grateful your addiction is only boating!
