I have a Johnson Colt motor that I need help with information on.

Serial #C8487403

I need to get a repair manual for this but I don't know where to find one without the year, hp, and whatever other information I might need.

If someone could help me with this, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

You can get manuals on Ebay for $20. Just type "Johnson Colt" in the search bar and you will get several listings back.
