Alaska GPS maps, help needed!

Just picked up an Eagle 642c. My current dilemma is trying to find a GPS card that covers central / interior Alaska (Fairbanks area.) I've been told there is one out there, and Sportsman's Warehouse & Cabella's used to carry them. All my searching online has come up with no luck, though.

Please, if anyone knows where to find one I will be eternally grateful!

Thanks.

Re: Alaska GPS maps, help needed!

Looks like it is more of a topo style map, than marine. I think it would work with my unit, as it even specifies on the box that FreedomMaps will work, although I think I called Lawrence (LEI Extras) one morning and they said they didn't make anything that included inland Alaska. Navionics told me they made nothing for inland Alaska as well. Anything beats seeing just a white blank map. I really only need basic info so I can plot a route through one of the wider rivers here for quick fishing commutes (this river has MANY shallow spots and dead ends.)
Question is, will a unit like mine work with topo SD card maps, or only read marine maps?

Thanks. I'll check it out.

Id GUESS only marine. Most marine units will not read topo charts.
