Hello all, I have a 1988 Sea Ray Seville with the 4.3L 262 CI. Just recently had the heads redone, which are non vortec.. Now it sounds like there is a knock in the bottom end, and we have been having alot of blowby. Thinking it's rod bearings. Can anyone give me insight as to how hard it is to pull the engine out? Main thing I am concerned about is how the engine bolts to the outdrive. I have much experience on engines, and none on how the engine bolts to the outdrive. It looks as if it pulls straight up and out because I can see 2 bolts straight up and down on the bellhousing. It has the Alpha One outdrive.. Does anyone know where I can find a breakdown schematic of these things? Thanks all
