After what I am sure is first decarbing ever, a gelatinous substance coated and gelled-up on my exhaust hub. It was mainly devoid of color. Not clear sort of opaque. Is this normal after seafoam and is it indicative of an underlying problem? I also got tons of smoke, no signs of chunks of carbon.
One procedural question. Is the goal to be smoke free while still running seafoam from alternate fuel supply or smoke free when running from primary non-seafoam fuel supply?exhaust

2 strokes are never smoke free. the goal is to burn the excess carbon build up out of the engine, thus it smokes like a house on fire, while doing the decarb, you know it is clean when you only get light colored smoke.

I have a 1990 evinrude 150 XP I put fogging oil in the cylinders, let it set for 15 min, then started it up. I ran it in driveway untill the smoke cleared. The next day, I noticed what looked like unburnt oil oozing from the exhuast. what would cause this?

fogging oil is not the same as seafoam. the oooz is excess oil, that was left in the exhaust housing, very normal.
