Re: blower vents?

WM does carry them, but as far as finding a set that's your correct size is pretty much a 50/50 shot.
If you call them and give your dimensions they could tell you if they could be ordered.
Another thing to consider - if you plan on keeping your boat for awhile - would be to have some made out of stainless. No need to worry about them cracking. It goes without saying that you're gonna' pay a few extra boat bucks for them.........................................
If you want to post the size you need ( interior flange measurement ) I'd be glad to poke around in this neck of the woods for ya'.

Keep an eye on Ebay Redone, they come up from time to time but you may have to act fast.:)

Re: blower vents?

Just got two ordered for my '91 2052 from my local bayliner dealer. Going to go pick them up later today. They got them directly from bayliner and it took two weeks for them to come in. I have been searching for some SS ones for a month or two myself.

If the old ones are just old, have you considered just giving them a layer of fiberglass? They will be good for another 20 years. Sanding them may be tedious depending on how thick the glass is. Some 3oz cloth would likely make a nice smooth protective layer. Guaranteed a perfect match for your boat, since it came off it ;)

They are plastic and were ~$25 a pop. Bayliner gave me the number of the company that owns the molds. I called them to see if they could make them out of any other material (wanted SS) and they said they could not unless they had permission from Bayliner. So I guess I will settle for plastic for now. I might take one to somebody and see if they could fabricate some for me.

Go to http://www.bayliner.com/dealer_locator.asp and search for a dealer close to you. That is what I did and went to see them. They called up bayliner when I was there and we hashed it all out. I was told you can not order from bayliner directly unless you are a dealer. Let me know if you have any problems and I can get you in touch with my dealer (even though they are in Georgia).
