I have a 94 115 Evinrude that was running fine until I cleaned the carbs with a can of CRC outboard cleaner. This can had a hose that screwed right onto the primer. Why did I clean the carbs if it ran fine? Because I always have to give it half throttle in nuetral and use the primer to get it to start even after it is warm. Any way I told that story to tell this one. After the cleaning I changed the fuel filter, check the plug wires and installed new champion marine plugs. Now right of the trailer it starts fine (still have to use half throttle with primer but it starts) but only hits on 3 of the 4 cylinders. I can run it around and it will plane out slowly but won't hit on the 4th cylinder. I have checked to ensure all the plug wires are on and they are. The day was hot so I anchored and jumped in. After about an hour I got back in to take it home. The motor started right up and the engine ran great and all throttle ranges. I stopped and waited for 10 minutes and started again. Engines runs great. So I put it back on the trailer and went home happy. The next weekend the same exact same thing happened as the weekend before. I have looked at alot of threads and couldn't find this one. Can anyone help?
