Humid inside when canvas is snapped on

I have a canvas snap on cover. During the humid days, it gets moist in there (windows fog up) . If it isn't raining, I do take off the corners to let it breath.

However, I don't want to do that when it is humid AND raining. Any suggestions? Would a fan (to move the air) work?

yes if you have a power source it works great. i find when we have rainy weather here mine seems to trap moisture too. this is with vents. when its raining and cloudy we leave a 12" fan on low running all the time. i had started doing this when the boat was slipped on the water and the humidity was high and carried over when its in storage at home
