I now run a 115 4 stroke on a 24 footer. On a previous 24 footer, I run a 140.

I have a 115hp Mariner with a 24ft pontoon. I am currently running a 13X14 I believe. Your RPMs sound very high....you might want to check the range for your motor. Also I can't find the link, but there is a formula you can do to find the best size prop for what your needing....I don't think your going to be happy with a 19 either. I will keep looking to see if I can find the calculator for that formula. But before trying anything else.....make sure you are not over reving your engine, you don't want to be replacing rings soon.

I currently run a 13 3/4 X15 but my max RPM is only 4800 with a full enclosure. I am pulling it out of the water this weekend and putting on a 14X11.

I would not go over a 15" pitch.

We build one now and then that calls for a Yamaha 350(!) but 90 to 150 are the most common engines on our boats.
