How to access fuel cell (tank) Celebrity boat?

I have a 1997 Celebrity 200 series model with Volvo Penta 5.7Gi engine. My fuel gauge doesn't move at all. I purchased a Teleflex sender with new gauge, but the new gauge didn't fix it. Must be the sender, but I can't figure out how to access the fuel cell (tank). I see a floor board outline area center between the bench seat and floor storage area, but can't seem to pry it up. Generally how do you access a fuel cell on inboards?

After talking with my boat shop, he told me it was under that floor panel with hidden screws under the carpet. He was wrong, it's under the bench seat that folds forward to reveal a 10" cover protecting the fuel cell and sender.
So, I cleaned up the sender and tested. It works!
