Used Boat Opinion

I told myself that I wouldn't make a post that asked for everyone's opinion on a used boat, but I need to. Below is a link for a 1999 Rinker 232 Captiva/CD. There isn't much info on the boat itself, but I would like to know what peoples thoughts are about the boat and the price. I think it is a little high, but that is just my opinion. Does anyone know with the 7.4 if that is a Merc I/O? Thanks in advance for your help.

If memeory serves me right that boat was about 26K New. the asking price seems about 4K to high but you need to take condition into account. If you like the boat spend the 200 for the survey and go from there.
