How do I reverse my Controls

I am repowering a Center Console boat. I have a OMC Controler that is set up for side mount facing portside, I need it to face Starboard. How do I reverse it so it will work for me.

I think a side mount binnacle gets in the way on a center console. Why not a top mount?

In either case, you may need a new binnacle to make the switch. But the newer binnacles can be changed from push to pull to open.
