i need help i'm have a chance to buy this boat and i went to larson.com nothing..its a speed boat 260 hp V-8 MOTOR stern drive i\0 800 .i need to know if this is a L-DRIVE SYSTEM or not,,omc. if so can i change to a mercruiser alpha - 1 ..the year is 1980 model, i'm stumped on this..is this boat rare...even on iboats i see nothing about this boat.

When you went to Larsons website did you go to the archive section? Cause if you do that it will bring up like a brochure of every model that year and all the options that come with it. That is how I figured exactly what mine was and what it had on it, and my larson is a 1976 model. Good Luck
