Re: Mercury 115 year check???

If you don't get a definitive reply you can go to www.mercurymarine.com and use the Contact Us feature to get an answer from the manufacturer. The Merc website also has a place to register your engine where you can look up parts and even buy manuals for the engine. From the Home page, click on Parts & Accessories and then click on Precision Parts (I think) Somewhere you'll see either "My Account" or "Create an Account" where you register your engine and it will come up every time you go into Parts Express.

Patriot, You may look up the year at maxrules.com Look in the Merc model year guide, by inline six, 115HP and the serial number.
