NS90A Water Pressure Alarm going off

Hey guys,
I have a Nissan 90 hp (NS90A). A while back, when I started my motor and put it in gear, the pressure alarm would go off for about 6 seconds or so until water started peeing. Now, the alarm goes off when shifted into gear and stays on when in the slowest forward position. Bugs the hell out of me. When I give it more throttle, and RPMs go up, it stops. But when i slow down again, it comes on again. It's still peeing, but I can tell the stream is a little weaker when moving slow.

Is it normal for the Alarm to go off for several seconds until water starts peeing? And what can I do about it going off when moving slow at low rpms?

It may be time to replace your impeller. On my 90, the stream is strong a any rpm and I had the same problem. I adjusted the water pressure sensor sensitivity and it has been fine.

I would not recommend that in your case however, as it sounds like your pressure has been reduced, which could be a sign of impeller failure.

It was replaced within 6 months ago, do you think It still should be replaced?

Even at low RPMs the stream is pretty good... I can just about visually see it a LITTLE weaker, but not too much.

How do I adjust the pressure sensor switch if I find that the impeller is fine?
