2004 Premier Marine pontoon vs Manitou Pontoon

Which is a better buy an 04 Premier marine 22.5ft with a 115 4 stroke Honda outboard or an 05 Manitou 22 ft with a 90 4 stroke Johnson. The price is about even on both boats and cosmetics are very similar. Both boats have been very well kept. I appreciate any input .

They both appear to be great vessels. I would suggest "googling" the names and check the Video files on both boats. I think you will better educated by seeing what folks like/dislike about each one. Plus this will give you an opportunity to see both in action.

I think you will find little difference in the two boats. I would be most concerned with the engines. How many hours on each, etc. My mechanic does not like Honda engines.

Thank you guys for the responses. I appreciate any input at this point as to whether to go with Johnson or Honda.

Based on the opinion of my mechanic who I consider to be one of the best, I would go with the Johnson.
