Which wire to disable lanyard kill switch?

Evinrude 1995/6 150 EXEO with a binacle control. I ordered a new ignition switch because mine is failing. Is there a wire which I can disconnect to disable the lanyard kill feature until the new switch arrives. The OEM switch has six bullet connectors with six wires coming out. I was thinking it may be an internal feature which may or may not be disabled by disconnecting a wire. Thanks

just disconnect the 2 wires from the switch and isolate them. the switch is open when the motor is running, you pull the lanyard and it closes the switch.

Don't make a habit of leaving it disconnected though. I always wear mine when boating alone and when out in rough waters.

Did anyone notice that the operator of the inflatable in the first video was a "safety marshall?"

I think someone needs to go back to safety marshall school!

I got lucky and found the ignition switch in stock at a local dealer . It is now installed and all is good. One question remains though. This is not a seperate lanyard switch but a six prong ignition switch(OMC) binacle control mounted. Just being curious, can one of the six wires disable the kill feature or is it a mechanical feature of the switch itself. Thanks for your replies.
