skargo, how did you wind up meeting those guysLove me some Bob Marley. I met his son Ziggy(David) and Peter Tosh's son Andrew back in the late 80's. Those guys like to party.![]()
When we are sitting or at the dock it is classic, when moving in the boat love to hear the rude and the wind

Jimmy Buffett, great music to just relax and float too.
Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, he turns the lake into the beach ....
I was down in OC MD in August and went to the Greek Festival at the Convention Center so I know about where you?re talking about. My best friend and I were roommates on 39th street in OC MD in the late 80's through '91.
We were oceanside of coastal hwy, and the OC Convention center was bayside across from us.
They used to have the Reggae Sunsplash there and a few of the artists were walking to the beach.
Our crew was hanging on our porch, grilling fresh swordfish and tuna, and we offered them some.
It was ON then! We all had a good time that evening!
Andrew was on the bill, but Ziggy wasn't, he was a special guest.![]()

It's funny because while in town I noticed that another Reggae artist "Eek a Mouse" was performing at some hole in the wall, too bad I didn't know in advance, I would have gotten some tickets.
Anyway I listen to all types of music and got turned on to Reggae while I was stationed in Germany when I was in the Army back in the late 80s and early 90s.
Strange how life experiences affect you even years down the road.
Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, he turns the lake into the beach and my little girl (two years old) likes to dance the Hula to it while standing on the swim platform.
I was just curious. I know I like listening to some classic rock, give me some Skynyrd, ZZ Top, George Thorogood (sp?), etc. It always seems to fit the mood. Any opinions?
Nothing but the pure sound of horsepower and wind while cruising and the sound of nature while anchored.
I want to hear what God intended for me to hear, not that crap that comes out of those people's mouths (supposed artists and musicians). Maybe, I'm just getting old.![]()
Wind, don't even need a radio for that...
