any quick fixes for this? I can start the motor with the ignition switch but when I turn the key to the off position the motor still runs...I must choke it to stall it.any simple solutions?
thanks
yeah check the back of the key switch is the blk/yellow connected to the M terminal? is the blk connected to the other M terminal on the other side? or i would buy or try a new key sitch.
yeah go ahead and check that blk/yellow under powerpack and if thats connected check all plugs while connected or check continuity from keyswitch to pack. check your ground wires to your keyswitch.
I spliced a wire from the pack and started the motor then grounded it and it killed the motor.iguess I have a cut between the switch and the pack?
thanks
did you try grounding the kill wire manually at the switch? be sure to ground it from the switch terminal M to the battery neg post or engine case, not in the control box, as it may have ground issues...
