120 Vro Cyl Flooding

1987 120 Compression Good, But One Plug Seems To Get Washed With Fuel. It Just Seems To Be Flooding I Checked 1 Carb And Found A Bit Of Water Any Ideas

Is the spark ok on that cylinder? May want to check tank for water.

is your float/needle valve working..you should be able to visibly see the flooding with your cover off with the engine running. also by pumping the bulb it will usually flood if the needle valve is not seating. check your sparks to that cylinder next.

isopropyl alcohol will evaporate water out of your fuel..use the clear kind not green. also a water fuel separator filter is cheap and works well.
