Prop paint?

Looking for the perfect striper grounds yesterday, I forgot about a shallow area and ground the paint off my prop and skag. It's amazing what mud and water can do in a few short seconds! Anyway, what is the best paint to use for repainting the prop and is it even necessary? My motor is a 90HP Yamaha and the skag is/was a gray color. Same type of paint for this?

Re: Prop paint?

Visit your Yamaha dealer for touch up paint. Over time the paint will wear off the prop so why bother trying to keep paint on it. If it really bothers you, have it powder coated.
