Eli was mistake free and ultra-cool in a last minute drive to win the game. Running game is still suffering a bit. Receivers Manningham and Smith are looking sharp. Two big division wins to kick-off the season. Worth staying up till midnite even though I'm off to do some commercial fishing in four hours. I hope my catch is as good as Manningham's TD!!!!!!
How did your team play this week?

Eli was a lot calmer than his new wife or Mom Olivia. Mom was hitting that wine pretty good, lol.

The Colts don't play till Monday night, the Saints won again today though!

Pats pass rush still stinks in game 2.... Maybe they should have kept Seymour???
Tom is still as rusty as they get... not 1 TD today.
Bruschi, Vrable, Harrison gone as well... My home teams defence looked more like D fence fill of holes in the back yard.
There is still plenty of talent here... but only time will tell if that talent can come together.....

Go Giants !!!
Too many field goals and not enough touchdowns but once again they found a way to win.
If they can solve the red zone issue I think they will be pretty much unstoppable.

The Lions were everything we all expected again !!!!

They were handed that game on a silver platter. Even being the recipient of FOUR turnovers they came within seconds of losing.

Eli was superb, Tony was inconsistent.

Heh, there's quite a few Michigan iboaters but I seem to be the only glutton for punishment who's willing to comment on the Lions in these NFL threads.

The Lions actually looked good...for a half. Established a running game, got up 10-0, and briefly looked like an actual honest to gosh NFL team. But I think at halftime the Lions came to their senses and said "we're not going to set any records by WINNING. We're already famous for being the first NFL team to go a whole season without a W...let's get in the record books for most consecutive losses! So the real Lions come out in the second half, and the Vikes took over. Lion's D kindly made Favre look like he was in top form, and Adrian Peterson...nevermind :(

Vikes off to good start. I still have trouble rooting for Favre, after all those years with G.B.

Giants fans look out, we're comin later this year.:D

Wow, what a crazy MNF game! The Colts had the ball less than 15 minutes total and still pull out a win.

They have definitely got to find a better scheme against the wildcat offense though. You know every team they play the rest of the season are already drawing up wildcat plays to use against them.

You know, you are right......The Wildcat did put a hurt on the Colts, But I must say that the Colts only had the ball for a short period of time but scored when they had it......Now that will be something the other teams must defend.....Great game.

New England's dynasty is over. Brady has been on his butt more in the last two games then he has ever been in his career. Offense is weak and defense is terrible. Look for Brady to set a new team record of more times being sacked.

Patriots will be lucky to win 10 games

Oh man. As a Lions fan, I have to say... boo freakin' hoo :D

So the Pats might have to suffer the shame of sneaking into the playoffs on a wild card? Or is a 10 win season not enough to even make the playoffs in your division?

Wow, what a difference in expectations. If the Lions won 10 games there would be partying in the streets here

After the last two weekends, I'm almost ashamed to admit I'm a Bucs fan. Our defense just packed up and left. We allowed 67 points in two games?! Man, good thing they decided to bring back the cream-sicle uniforms this year, they are playing like they were back when they used to wear those uniforms. I have a feeling it's gonna be a looooooooooooooong season.:(

Even though I am a tried and true Pat's fan, Chris Johnson's performance this week can not be overlooked!
