50 Hp Force Outboard "Gas pours out vent hole"

I have a 50 HP Force, when hand priming the carb, or when cranking, I have fuel pouring out of the vent hole on the top of the carb. Any ideas

Sounds like the bowl float is stuck down not allowing the needle to close to stop fuel flow once the bowl is full...

When mine does this it is a bad inlet needle or a small piece of trash keeping the needle from sealing. A stuck float could also cause it as knight says.

I had this happen and found that the floats were not properly set.
