1988 45 horse Commercial power tilt

Could someone please help me find a power trim and tilt for a 1988 Johnson 45 HP Commercial outboard. I am in need of a power trim and tilt and do not know what years will fit. We do not have a OMC or BRP dealer in the area so I can not check with them. I would prefer a OEM over an aftermarket. Any help is appreciated. Was told the motor has a 70 HP lower end. Thank you.

motor model number please. i would assume it would use the same unit as the 40,48,& 50, but is not listed on the 45hp parts diagram.
