old johnson seahorse

I have a old small out board , johnson seahorse. The model no# is HD 26 and serial no# 605767, Any ideas yr. or size? What would be the mix ? Is it water cooled don't see the water inlets.

I would guess it is water cooled and the inlet is behind the prop with the impeller there also.

Fuel mix maybe 16:1 or 24:1?
