Orca or GLM?

Im looking to buy new manifolds. Does anyone know which ones are better?

Orca or GlM?

I've never had a problem with GLM and have seen alot of them on the boats I have serviced.
Are you looking for performance, or simply replacing faulty ones?

Orca only makes manifolds for small diesels like Kubota and Isuzu

Im replacing faulty ones, But am also going to do thru hulls, im looking at the manifolds on ebay, they are new, and yes i saw some that have orca cast in the side of them. Im just trying to get the best parts i can for my money.

Ayuh,... I have GLMs on a 4.3l,...
The riser gasket surfaces weren't nearly FLAT, resulting in water in the motor,...
I pulled 'em,+ had them Flattened,.... No problems since.....
Btw,... I used the Merc. composite gaskets after the Issue....

yes i saw some that have orca cast in the side of them.

Orca makes good stuff, but never for gas i/o that I am aware of.

do you mean osco? I replaced mine with glm the only problem I have had is one two serperate occasions they sent me manis with the threads that were junk for the mani riser meeting. But, they replaced them. Osco makes good manis too

The best ones are OEMS. That is what I stick with!
