It's a spray oil that you spray in the carb until it stalls out and thus leaves a film of oil over the internals. Then pull the plugs and spray some in there and turn the engine over by hand. This leaves a nice film of oil everywhere and the engine is good to store for the winter...

You can get it at any marine store and most auto stores... Or OMC dealer...

When I tested the boat out with the guy that sold it , we were on plane in seconds, but I dont know which hole he had the pin in or what angle the motor was at, because I havent been able to do it since ( On The River ) against the current any ideas?
