throttle srew a mystery

can anyone help get me a part number for the throttle set screw,, there are 3 of these on my 200hp, 1987,, 5mm left hand thread,, these are used to set the throttle before you set the idle,,, my dealer ordered me in 2 different part numbers, they were both worng,,, its sotck, they just do not give a good picture of them on any parts diagram, spoke to yamaha directly,, they said there is no way of telling what the screw looks like from that location,,,,, this is getting expensive,, my dealer charged me for them,,,, any help sure would be helpfull,, yamaha outboard model 200etLh code 6g6 serial 401730 remember buy the seloc manual thats wrote for the model and year you are working for , the other brands have been way vague on so many crucial instructions

its just a small screw flat head, the turns to the right to loosen to adjust all 3 carbs or synchronize,,, there is 3 of them 1 on each carb,,, thanks,,,,i went to the boat this weekend, adjusted the carbs to the new specs, and still not idling well, im going to have to start with a compression check,,, than maybe tryand gets carb kits for all 3 carbs,,,, puzzling,,,thanks again
