trouble opening service info

so i have been trying to open the service manual all after noon, installed 7zip and winzip. downloaded the file to my docs. then i right click file and select open archive. it goes through its process. then i have a winzip file in my docs. so i click open with winzip and it says its not a valid 7z archive. what am i doing wrong im losing my mind!! thanks for your help!!

I just wrote you back on your other thread. The file has to be extracted. When it shows up in the WinZip window, click extract, pick a location to extract it to, and then open it from there to view.

Also, did you try this link I suggested earlier. I think it's a pdf file and it might be more manageable.

OK...I just tried that link (the original one) and it didn't work for me either. Try the other one. I don't think it's you.......
