1969 Johnson 115 Power pack / optical sensor wiring

Three questions:
1. Where does the long black wire with the large eyelet from the power pack go to?
2. Are the black/white wires from the power pack polarized?
3. Are the black/white wires from the optical sensor polarized?

you probably typed the year wrong.....I am sure you ment 1996...

I have a 1997 90 hp with OIS and a 1995 115 with OIS

i can look tomorrow at my motors if you dont get an answer
