Re: Windows

Not sure where you are but Budgetboats.net might be able to assist in your search...ebay and craigslist are another place to look.

Re: Windows

call a couple of glaziers for estimates. might not be to pricey. a good glazier can make anything outa glass or plastic and tint to match as well

Re: Windows

45Auto posts a really good link to Taylor Made: in that link is a sliding window cross-section drawing, of a window a few years after your boat was built. The tough part of the repair is getting someone to do a decent removal and clean installation of the new pane. The rubber gaskets and felts may be weak, or rotted.

Re: Windows

We replaced the rubbers for our slide windows on our sundancer two years ago as the were hard cracked and leaking, go through taylor made for all your parts if possible, as most marinas/boat shops wont order this stuff in for you, as we found out.
also if you replace the rubber in the track, remember to cut out the space for the drain areas or you will get lots of water inside the boat.:)

Re: Windows

As likilar said, that link he posted is for a LATER window with the sliding glass on the INSIDE of the boat. Yours will have the sliding glass on the OUTSIDE of the boat. You'll have to call Taylor Made if you need parts, they're very helpful, you can still get the seals, etc, as RBH said.
