How much is this boat worth?

I found it on Craigslist. I'm going to look at it tomorrow. I'm thinking with the economy being tough if I offer 5 grand, he may take it. I just need to add trim tabs and maybe a bow thruster and I'm golden. Seller says it has a new bimini top.

Man , I'm jealous.I think it worth at least your 5K offer. Wish I could get some deals like that in my neck of the woods. I'd give them 6k ! But I found another deal that has new seats installed for only 4 k. I hope this one is worth it. Last one had a hole in the hull but the PO had installed 7 auto bilge pumps....

Jump on that van boat! There's a hint of a near-matching blue van showing at the extreme right side of the picture. Is that available too? There'd be nothing sweeter than a blue tow van with the roof cut off, replaced by a bimini top.
