Engine was shut down in March, running great. Tried to start today no fire at all on any of the four plugs. Any suggestion or advise would be appreciated. Stator???? Power pack???? Is there anyway to test either one?? I spent $1,200.00 on it before fishing trip in March. I believe a new power pack was put on and the motor ran the same, bad. My old power pack was put back on and a new fuel pump was put on and fixed the problem. Boat has not been used since March but it was running good at shut down.

very true, if you have a kill lanyard, check it.

Agree, could be that simple. Is the lanyard in place at the control box ???

Thanks for all the responses. The kill lanyard is in place but I plan to take the control apart and check the connections.

some motors you can unplug the main harness under the engine cover and jump the starter soliniod. if it has spark then, its definitly in the control box.

Thanks for all the responses. Unplugged the kill switch circuit and it fired right away. Cleaned the control box put everything back together and it's running like a top.
