Ok let's say you took all the great advice offered and decide to go off shore with a perfect forecast except for a passing squall or two. Here you are with no visibility raining like crazy or in fog, and that freighter or tug & tow can't see you on their radar cause your too low to the water.

At night an open ocean is one lonely place, and it would be a good idea when you really know what your doing to first take a buddy and try an overnighter without your family.

Good luck but take it slow and learn

maybe its just me , but I fail to see how calling someone who is trying to learn , a 'fool' , is helpful.......

Jezz. thanks for the advise about the exhaust from the generator. i never thought of that one.. i was just only going to put a blower next to it. so all the exhaust will go outside the engine room. i have 1 blower inside the engine room. which is use for the two engine. i was thinking if i was going to put a generator that will be turn ON for the rest of the night i should put a secondary Blower which is power by the generator to blow all the exhaust from the negerator it self..

jut like to mention. i am planning of purchasing a Honda EU2000. which is a little generator which produce little exhaust. i think 1 blower just just for the use of the generator is good. what you guys thinK???

Again you guys are rigth.. iam just so exited to brin my wife to the ocean for an overnight.. i never rock the boat Before . also for the first overnight i will bring 2 man with me instead of my wife. LOL.. nahh really. i had this ex-coworker. he love to fish and stay overnight. he said he been out the sea alot when he was younger about 20 or 30 years ago..

Jezz. i talk to a harbor police about test.. he told me togo to www.boatus.com and learn how rule is in san diego before i do anything so i dont get kill. LOL what a COP. plan for this week is to learn the rule and take the test.
