Tohatsu 3.5A 2 stroke headbolt torque

Working on a 2 stroke 3.5A for a friend. Does anyone know the head bolt torque specification and tightening order?

I would recommend getting a Factory service manual, available at any dealer, as it will have all that information, as well as what seals and or sealers are recommended for reassembling the motor.
