Re: Deal or No Deal...!?!?!?

The bayliner had its fair share of scratches/dings, it also had some damage on the hull and transom. Nothing really major, fixable issue. I did like the fact that it was a 20' but didn't enjoy the seats looked & felt cheap, & they were mismatching seats (want to be comfortable on the water). I read some info about Celebrity, hear they are good boats and have a better ride in rough water cause of more weight.

Nice looking boat.

For what its worth, but I tend to be extra cautious with ads that really try to "sell" the boat.

"...jump on it now"..
"...price is going way up in spring" (doubt it)

Too many exclamation marks for my liking...but again just a person opinion.

That boat looks really nice. Sometimes if you end up with an unusually nice boat for a price you're comfortable paying....who's to say you "overpaid".

As nice as that seems I just don't like the look of the hull or helm. Something about where the side windows taper down to the gunwales. The bummer of so many of those 90's boats was the fad colors and lack of snap out carpet but even Larson, Glastron and Four Winns kept some 90's greens into the 2000's. I like the stainless grab rails. Not knowing much about Celebrities, I have always heard they were a decent boat in their day. You are definitely moving up the scale here. I see you're in Wisconsin which I am sure is similar to Minnesota where the craigslist boat ads have dwindled down now that the season is over. Great time for a great deal just not a ton to look at.
