Has any one had any problems with them. I was thinking of getting one for parking in a confined space. It looks like it could cause problems with a week spot in the reach of the trailer.

any input would be appreciated

I have one under a 16ft runabout, It is really sturdy. I would be more worried about the hitch coupler shearing bolts before the pivot joint fails.

I can try to get some pictures up.

Two of my buddies have them. One under an 18' and the other under a 20'.
Neither have ever had a problem. In fact, they love them.
Another buddy has a removable tongue. I like that one better as it is pinned in two places rather than just one swivel pin.

They would not be able to sell them if they were not safe.

No pics... my EazyLoader came with a swing away tongue and it's worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I pull the pin and fold it back and is another level of security that deters someone from taking my boat from my driveway. As for shearing the pin... if something put that much force on it you've got bigger things to worry about.
