200 ho Evinrude stall out

i have a brand new evinrude 200 ho, this weekend as a came out of the inlet and gave it about 5000 rpms it run for about 3 mins and than throttled down and stalled. it took about 10 min and finally restrated, than ran all day at about 3000 rpms with no problem. on my way out of a different inlet at the end of the day, i again raised the rpms to 5000 and it stalled again. this time it took about 15 mins to start, i than ran home at about 3000 rpms with no problems. the engine only has about 30 hours, does anyone know what is going on?

Sounds fuel related(cant get enough) or water spray problem, I know of some bassboats the airflow behind the engine cowling and cavatation spray will cause water to be drawn in thru cowling vents.

30 hours? still under warranty? if so, don't screw with it, take to dealer for service.
