I/O Merc 140/3.0L 4 cyl head bolt torque?

I see posts that are close but not exact. Can anyone tell me the sequence #s and the head bolt torque for a Mercruiser 4 cyl 140 3.0L 1990?

dont forget to clean the head bolt threads on a wire wheel and apply THREADSEALER to the headbolts...avail at your local auto supply

and if you have a tap set, tap out the threads on the block as the old threadsealer gunks em up.........

Why don't you just go up to the Adults only sticky at the top of this forum and download an OEM service manual. It not only gives you the torque specs, but what to check and how to check it BEFORE you put it all back together.
