Okay... I've been looking for the right moment to tell my wife that I put a deposit down on a boat. I started by reminding her of the great time we had in Florida on the boat we were on, how much we both love the water, and how we can be together doing something we both like.
Went on to mention all the researching I've been doing for the past two months, how I've taken and completed the United States Power Squadron's "America's Boating Course", and how much I've learned here and other sites about boating, trailering, outboards, fishing. and so on.
And I say, "So whaddya think?"
And she says, "I think it will be fun."
Yessir!!! Indeed it will!
