1991 evinrude 150 - How to rotate flywheel by hand?

I have a 1991 Evinrude 150hp that's been in storage for 3 years. I've read "Awakening a sleeping outboard - by BoatBuoy" and followed all his steps but I'm stuck on how to rotate the flywheel by hand after squirting TCW-3 oil in plug holes. I've removed the timing sensor cover and noticed the timing wheel screw. Will this screw rotate the flywheel? If not, please point me in the right direction. The manual does not discuss this topic.

Big nut in the center of the flywheel- put the correct size socket and ratchet on it and turn it clockwise by hand, leave the plugs out.

Put all the timing cover stuff back on.

Step one, remove the spark plugs from the motor. Then firmly grasp the flywheel in both hands and rotate it manually. If you can't do it with your hands use a large wrench or socket on the nut in the center of the flywheel to turn it.

Trying to rotate the flywheel with the plugs in will be much more difficult due to compression. Never try to rotate the flywheel with the plugs in and plug electrical leads attached as the engine may start.

THANK YOU, for the quick response. I was able to rotate the flywheel by hand. Next task will be the water pump & impeller then I will attempt a start up. Thank you again & Happy Holidays to everyone!!
