What would cause the primer ball to be sucked flat when running the motor?
It doesn't happen until after it has been running for a while. I have changed the gas lines, made sure the tank was vented properly, and changed fuel filters.

It's not venting properly or the there is something wrong with the primerbulb/restriction in the line.

Also: the ball valves in fuel hose bulb could be bad, causing a restriction. I'd just replace the tank hose (make sure it is a 3/8" hose.) The antisiphon ball valve will stick if it gets debris (dirt/sand) in it-pull the antisiphon valve off and clean it-or replace it with a straight hose barb instead.

That could also be caused by a clogged pickup screen in the tank.
