40 knot cruise and near 60 knot WOT

Rumors are that the two vessels in service will be transported to Somalia for pirate intradiction. Let's hope!!!

I don't think that is an assault vessel. Littoral warfare is shallow water warfare. I includes putting special ops personnel into a theater of war.

Assault is one of the roles of this transport vessel. It has modular weapon systems to match the mission. Very versatile!

It is intended as a small assault transport with a variety of capabilities depending on the mission module installed. The ship is a trimaran design capable of over 40 knots (74 km/h; 46 mph), and was delivered to the US Navy at the end of 2009.

PS- The other images you removed weren't blocked, I think your computer upload speed may have caused your red x's. I viewed the pictures on two different computers at work and home without issue.

Nice looking aluminum rig:D

I imagine it will be able to get quite a few SEAL teams from point A to point B quickly and comfortably.

Does General Dynamics have anything similar that's towable(22-24ft)?:p
