I have a 1956 fisherman 5.5hp motor and i cant seem to figure out what ratio to use can someone PLEASE help me out?
If only you guys could discover cm? and litres, like the rest of the world. All these measurements become so simple then!It would be a pain in the butt to have to add an additional 6.4 ounces.

So just how would that simplify mixing 20:1 in a 6 US Gallon tank??
America lead the world? Well, maybe in some non-technical fields, but Germany is the technology leader.
My 1958 five and a half evinrude fisherman has a label inside the hood, it specifies one half pint of SAE 30wt outboard or SAE automitive motor oil with each gallon of regular gasoline.
Thats 3 pints per 6 gal.
