I purchased a boat that has a baitwell. But the guy couldn't find the insert that goes into it. I was wondering where you can pick one of them up at?

I'm assuming you are talking about a STANDPIPE? That word may help you in your search!

The guy told me that there is some plastic insert that goes in the baitwell. It has the aerator in it already. So I am not sure what kind of insert goes in there.

take a picture and show us what you think is missing. It either the stand pipe which keeps water a certain height depending how long pipe is. or there is an airater attach to your fill line/inlet

Yes my has the aerator attach to fill the bait well up with. I really can't take a picture of it because it put away for storage.

I would suggest waiting until the boat is out of storage and you can take a pic of what your issue is...or two. I'm sure it will be a quick fix, your description is a little vague for us to tell you what you need to know.

from reading this it seems like the only reason you have to believe something is missing is that you were told something is missing..... If you have no idea what you need then we certainly can't help..... If you have some idea of either something the baitwell won't do or something that looks wrong to you please tell us.. if all you have you were told that "something" was missing then you will have to come up with more info
